The world’s richest man has joined the battle against the world’s most destructive weather. Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, is backing inventors and climate scientists who claim to have devised a technique for diminishing the power of hurricanes.
Weather persons often refer to hurricanes as acts of “Mother Nature,” a personification which may not be far from the truth.
Tsunami's, earthquakes, mudslides, floods, weeks of rain....the question on everyone's mind is: what's with the weather? Global Warming?

These are both very Russian sounding names. It has been established that the former Soviet Union (fSU) developed and boasted of weather modification technology during the 1960's and 70's with deployment against the United States coming in 1976 with the audible arrival of the woodpecker grid. These weather operations continue to this day.
