Make Me Worthy of Your Calling
Lord, you called me to your side
And you saved me from my sin
You filled me with your Spirit
You make me clean within
Make me worthy of this calling
Make me humble, patient, kind
Let your power work within my life
Fill my heart, my soul, my mind.
Make me worthy of this calling
Help me care enough to bear
With my brother or my sister
Who is bowed low in despair
Make me worthy of my calling
Let me show the world your glory
As I move and live and breathe
I will tell the sweet, sweet story.
The story of Your awesome power
That saved a wretch like me
That reached into my sinful heart
That set my spirit free.
Make me worthy of your calling
And the blessing of your grace
Only You, Sweet Heavenly Father
Can make me worthy to see your face
I rest my life, my soul, my all
In your strong and loving hands
It is then you’ll make me worthy
This is All your love demands.
